I remember some of foreign exchange students we had in high school. That French bitch never took a bath, had hairy armpits and legs, greasy mop on her head, and always put down America. I wanted to tell her “next time Germany invades your country you will speak German the rest of your life” but I held my tongue.
The rest of this group all went on to have other legal troubles. One convicted of rape. Sounds like they were bad seeds if you ask me.

No one is giving this woman a pass. But, this article sounds like it was written by Phoebe’s family. Why would anyone take the time to track this woman down, years later to drag this shit up again?
I guess because folks like you can be outraged again. The lesson learned here is that sometimes the victims do little to help their cause. No one deserved to be bullied to the point of suicide, but this chick wasn’t right from the start.
