Probably not, even if it is fermented. The goody is not in the beans, but the slime. However, there are a bunch of retailers on Amazon.
Natto is part of the discussion regarding K2.
Fermentation is key to most forms of K2, if fermented soy beans isnt your thing then look at other home fermented products like sauerkraut.
The remaining form comes from the fats in pastured meat and egg sources.
