Tell us more. Is it plain cast iron or enameled?

If the pan has cooled and the blistering is peeling, you should be able to work the whole pan down using a lye soak or sandpaper and then re-season the pan.
If the pan blistered and cracked/chipped...toss it.

Did you get hit in the head with it? May want to tend to that first.

Cast iron cookware is pretty durable - until it gets a chip or a crack.
Try contacting Lodge. They make most of the popular cast iron cookware sold in the US.

Cast iron lasts a long rime but is not indestructible.

Video about dealing with flaking seasoning. Kind of fun since the host is a cowboy. He uses table salt to abrade the peeling. He seems to have some good tips about seasoning, too.

Do not use your cast iron as a cooking timer.

You might check if it got warped by setting it on a flat surface.

If your stove has a ‘clean oven’ setting, leave one rack in the oven, put your cast iron pan on that rack - set cycle to clean for the usual three hours or whatever your stove uses - then when cool take the pan out and re-season it.

Real cast iron? Just re-season it.
Cast iron with enamel over it? I have no idea.

If you are using one of these you may even put a hole in it

They are cheap, buy a new one. It isn’t worth the time and effort to restore the old one. It will take a while to get the new one fully seasoned, but you would have re-season the old one anyway.

When I left home in 1965 for my first apartment, I bought a Corning electric percolator and two cast iron skillets (9” for eggs, a big one for everything else, especially cornbread).
In 1978, after a stretch in Vietnam and two wives, I still had them and used them almost daily. Wife #3 (the Keeper, a true gift from a merciful and gracious God) moved in. Third weekend she was there, we drove to Dallas to visit friends. When we returned, I discovered that she had put them in the dishwasher before we left. You know, so everything would be clean when we got back!
We spent several days, maybe a week, doing what my mother and grandmother recommended, and yes, we’re still using them both today.
That said, today I’d just buy two new skillets!!
