Everybody only have so many hours in a day and, if you’re working 10-12 hours, you’re not going to have time for a two hour workout. Thirty minutes isn’t going to give a Greek god body, but you will be able to maintain some semblance of fitness.

Being in shape doesn't make you a 'mo, it's just very difficult, with kids, to find time to get a regular good workout in, not to mention the energy.

For myself, it’s hard to not workout. I have a racing mind and work daily on calming down. I’m currently on a week off from the gym, which is painful mentally.
