I remember a court case in CA, where a minor infraction happened and the officer did admit that the idiot did give him the finger. The judge dismissed the case, saying that giving him the finger should not influence the cop to go as far with the case. As the cop left the court room, he gave the judge the finger. That did not end well.
The judge in that case is a dishonorable hypocrite.

Oh yes, there is a list of individuals who just do not deserve Constitutional rights.
The Unbelievers
The Blacks
The Gays
The Obese
The mentally ill
The dementia patients
The poor
The Walmart Shoppers
The horders
The dirty car owners
The Indians
Etc.
Should we be anti-1st amendment just because of the color of skin, ethnicity, or sexual orientation/identity of the person that the finger was aimed at?

More likely the tranny wins a lawsuit and taxpayers foot the bill for the cops actions. I watched cops paralyze for life a war veteran face slamming him. He won $20 mill but will never walk again.

Know why we are losing this country? Because there are far too many hypocrites who think Constitutional protections are only for the socially approved. The right and so called “righteous and moral” are just as guilty of hypocritically wanting Constitutional rights only applied selectively.

How many times have you seen this type of thing go to trial? The big payouts come from settlements out of court on these things. Truth is what the cop did was NOT part of his job, and it would be a stretch to hold the city accountable for it. Cities must disavow those kinds of actions, not settle, get themselves dismissed rather than taking the easy way out, and let the responsibility fall on just the perpetrator. BTW, branding things “hate crimes” is anti-1st Amendment as well.

Cops have qualified immunity from prosecution granted by the Supreme Court. They can’t be sued individually so the recourse is the city/county must foot the bill for wreckless police actions.
