It sounds like you lasted a long time, especially for competition.
Do you do yoga, swimming, and/or go for walks/hikes?
I used to run, swim, ride bike. Covid killed off swimming for a time and ankles killed running/bike. Have not re- started anything yet although I think I could now. Got lazy.
