The amendment contains language preventing classified information from being disclosed to the public.

But it does give the government the right to take ownership by eminent domain of any technology currently held by independent contractors that came from non-human sources.

I wonder what Lockheed-Martin, Raytheon, and the thousands of little shell companies think of that.
