On the radio yesterday they said something like in the last session that just ended, about 90% of the decisions were 9-0.
Now that is interesting.
There are sites that deal with the perceived conservative or not bent of the SCOTUS.
If they are correct, then our guys are doing fine.
And frankly, we have to realize it’s not the issue in general that a case presents, but what specific aspect is it? Many get mad when it doesn’t “go our way” when in truth, someone interested in rule of law should be happy if a case is thrown out/dismissed because it doesn’t have right jurisdiction, procedure, etc.
