MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. (WSBT) β A woman was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI) during an employment meeting with the Marshall County Sheriff's Department in Indiana, police say.
According to the Sheriff's Department, Nicole Sniadecki, 39, of Plymouth, came in just before 9 a.m. for a scheduled meeting related to an employment inquiry with the department.
While speaking with Sniadecki, Captain Jeff Snyder observed slurred speech along with an alcohol smell on her breath.
She admitted to operating a vehicle while traveling to the Sheriff's Department and consuming alcohol that morning.
Detective Lieutenant Les McFarland obtained a certified breath test, which showed a result of .158, nearly twice the legal limit.
Nicole was taken to the Marshall County Jail for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and given a cash bond of $1,500.
You can’t make this up.
Did she get the job?
no but she will be nominated by biden as some U.S. Attorney for or something-
Fat, stupid, ugly and drunk is no way to go through life young lady!
A .158 by 9:00am.
Sheesh.
We won’t know until after the rescheduled interview.
Was that wrong?
Not a good decision
Marshall County dodged a bullet with that one.
“Was that wrong? Should I not have done that?”
Only a serious long-time alcoholic would do that. Sad but a danger to herself and others. A neighbor of mine just returned from 6 months in rehab, nice woman when she’s sober. But two days ago, she ran into my car which was parked on the common driveway, which two neighbors observed, and staggered across the lawn to her door.
She’s 39 and looks 49 at least.
The question is, did she get the job?
My sister (RIP) was like that. Took her numerous drinks in the morning until she felt normal and could function. One of her DUI’s she was .3 something and still coherent and functioning. The doctor said she should have been dead, but...
Thankfully she never hit anybody and injured or killed them. (She wrecked havoc on trees though).
