I don’t menstruate but I do bleed on a regular basis. Usually involving trying to make a dull knife cut something it won’t or a busted knuckle on a bolt that refuses to let go. I don’t suppose passing a kidney stone counts as menstruating, does it?
No but, depending on size, it may count as giving birth.

Ironically, if you’re bleeding badly, a tampon or maxi pad is a suitable item to have in an emergency (and your voice won’t change /s).
The delusional males who get their genitals mutilated in their attempt to look female have a cavity carved into their groins. This cavity is essentially an open wound that rarely properly heals, and often bleeds. They claim that this bleeding is equivalent to menstruating. I am given to understand that normal women consider that claimed equivalence to be utter BS.
