It’s nice to note a target for a likely response to exercise, for the purpose of reducing inflammation. Six to eight weeks of moderate exercise did it.

It’s been my personal experience that high levels of blood sugar can have a very VERY large effect on inflammation. Get the sugar level down in the 50-75 range (number on common home testers), and systemic inflammation drops significantly.

Use it or lose it.

My shoulders started locking up with stiffness and pain. Started to lift light weights, and the problem went away.

Anyone have the magic cure for sciatica? I walk, indoor cycle, do yoga/stretch, and work out with dumbells at least 3x per week. I also go to a chiropractor. No pharmaceuticals.
