just was in one of those threads where a fella was arguing that state laws trump our inalienable right to protest-
the fella was suggesting that we all shut up and follow state law, and don’t protest verbally ‘because that is what the people in that particular state want’- i asked if we should shut up and follow what people in a particular state want concerning not allowing black folks to vote, or women to vote, or they wish to prevent Mexican people from eating in Italian restaurants etc etc etc “because that is what the people there want”- got no answer
