An emergency response team created to retrieve the debris from a UFO crash site sounds pretty logical to me. If a foreign country loses one of its spy ‘thingy’, be it a balloon, a jet, a drone, we would want to look at the tech behind it. This is no reason at all to assume E.T. is watching us.
