I make my own curry (no garlic because I work with the public, but rather on the fruity side).

The turmeric truly does reduce pain.
It is also good for the brain.

Turmeric has been a known anti-inflammatory for a long time, and it’s part of my daily regimen. People also need to be aware it’s a blood thinner, so if one is already on blood thinners they should consult a reliable doc before supplementing with it.

Specifically, the Pineal Gland (aka, 'Third Eye', in the very center, containing rods/cones).
