You mean like koala bears and the platypus. Koala bears nah, the platypus, maybe, but I can see a Kiwi bird pecking a feral cat to death.
No, I don’t mean koalas (which are not bears), nor do I think kiwis will have much luck pecking a cat to death. In any case, there are myriad species of little critters over there that the feral cats have been killing off.
Australia and New Zealand are not North America or Europe.
Cats don’t belong there.
