Reparations are, and always have been, nothing more than imaginary carrots dangled in front of blacks to keep them from wandering from the DemocRAT plantation. And they BELIEVE THE FANTASY. And most stay on the plantation.

I now consider myself a "Guiltless Man" (taken from Atlas Shrugged). The guiltless terrify our lords and overseers, who know they can't appeal to our emotions on their style of governance.
It started with Covid and masking, and is now found in the lunacy known as reparations. When a state is running a deficit, the obvious question to ask is, "where will the reparations money come from?"
My tongue-in-cheek suggestion is a special assessment on professional sports athletes. They should be proud to step up for the cause.
The problem is that the first payment of $1 will open up a never ending cavalcade of demands and social unrest to get “the rest”.
Beating this rests on fighting the battle at “not one dollar”. If you are prepared to give in on the first dollar as being deserved, you have no defense for the rest.
