Yes, at 50 mg. Low Dose Naltrexone is used off label for a multitude of things depending on how your doctor cooperates.
Often used with Wellbutrin for weight loss but I don’t take the Wellbutrin part. I am losing weight but am using it for autoimmune issues. I chop up the pill. It is better to use a compounding pharmacy to get even dosing but havent done that yet
also, one more thing LDN is helping for me is psoriasis. however, I don’t have it all over my body so no idea if it would help someone who has a bad case.
