In the old days 'intelligence' used homosexual acts for blackmail but obviously that can't be used today. So, I'm guessing they chose children to use. NOT their children... but the children of powerless citizens and even more powerless illegals... This could explain why these types hate 'the people'.
Who could trust someone who raped say, two sisters or two illegal children under 5 years of age? And because we're human - (well, most of us) we'll never accept grown men raping young children. It's evil and 99% of us know it.
