Poorly worded question.
Anything goes when it comes to the American flag these days. Anyone can do anything they want to it and its *freedom of speech* and people are not being prosecuted.
Why then, should not the same standards be applied to the *gay flag*? Why afford it special protection that the US flag does not have and prosecute desecrating it as a crime while the actions done to the American flag are permitted?]
Prosecuting as a hate crime a make believe flag celebrating perversity is an abomination.
