I make mine with canned biscuits, little smokies, cheese and pico de gallo.
My son and I went to the SF Giants Baseball game yesterday. There were TWELVE hot dog vendor carts lined up in front of the stadium along King Street. That was not there the last time we went to a game. And every single one of then was selling the same sausages, fried veggies and bacon wrap. They were all being cooked fresh and looked might appetizing (not kidding — they really looked good). But to see 12 identical carts, all with identical food, all neatly lined up was something.
The food vendors were hawking their food the same way the barkers hawked the “nude dancers” at the strip joints on Broadway 50 years ago. I suppose that’s a step in cleaning up the city. ;>)
