I quit regularly consuming large amounts of sugar about a year ago, and save for holiday indulgence and a once in a while 32-ounce Coke from the neighborhood convenience store, I am feeling much better and took about 20 points off my systolic blood pressure. I don’t want the government to start banning sugary stuff, but I think it’s a wise choice to reduce sugar if you want to be healthier and feel better.
