IIRC, unfortunately the "kill switch" legislation was for all new cars regardless of if it's EV or ICE.

So if I'm right, the way to avoid the kill switch is to avoid not just new EV's, but also new ICE cars too.

That's exactly right. It's surprising how many so-called "conservatives" can't see that this is the true endgame. The EV/"all electric" has zero to do with the environment. It has zero to do with "the climate." It's about governmental control over the people.
