It often does take a lawyer because it is hard for the legit disabled to get on it, but not hard for slackers to,get on apparently, after Obama opened the doors for them. Often there is “back pay” invovled where a truly,disabled person has been suffering financially for years because they couldn’t keep,up with a full time job, yet they kept trying to work because they saw no other alternative, and Hey suffered because of it, physically and financially. Lawyers will negotiate based on issues like that.

I have a family member on it. They are on it because they refused the treatment to help them. I think people are lured in by the promise of free money but don’t recognize that they can’t afford to live on it until they are on it.
