I was passenger with a guy driving a golf cart down Dale Mabry Highway towards MacDill gate at 2:30 a.m....

We both received Art. 15s - he for DUI.

I got that, but its ridiculous even in a car. At Fort Devens when I was there, you could get sent to Charlie’s Chicken Farm (CCF) for an Article 15.
