You might also notice that about a year later he ordered all of our forces out of Syria… And that our treasonous generals slow walk, obfuscated, and deceived him, and even outright refused the order. You make it sound like Trump woke up one day and wanted to bomb Russians, that really isn’t the case.

No he didn’t, he pulled and relocated our troops in Northern Syria and kept our troops at the Al-Tanf base.
America still has US troops in Syria though. Only some troops were withdrawn from Syria when Trump was President.
