In mine opinion, and this is only mine opinion, Alec Baldwin is a large aperture a$$hole, and I think he deserves whatever is coming from this criminal prosecution and any civil wrongful death actions stemming from this shooting.
The civil actions by the family have already been settled out of court. Non-disclosure terms, of course. Baldwin still seems to have plenty of money left.
Baldwin will skate on the criminal charges due to incompetent prosecution and questionable evidence handling. A first-year law student would not have made so many "mistakes". I wonder if the prosecutor took a dive.
