Just get up to about 70 mph, and maneuver really close to the guardrails.

That’ll clear them off.

Of course, they might have to go back and clean some, er, debris still glued to the side of the truck, but I don’t think that is too onerous a task as long as you don’t actually have to touch it with your bare hands.
