My older brother had awful acne. Mom was reading one of those vitamin magazines and it said zinc might help. She started him on zinc supplements and his acne decreased. This was back in the 80’s. Oh and he rarely got sick with any virus illness either. The rest of us would be dying and he would be eating cold spaghetti and playing street soccer.
