“What exactly is he getting at?”
He really is a moron, but I think he’s trying to make the point that Trump and Carlson only pose as sympathetic to working class/blue collar people.
Now, what this has to do with a train derailment of toxic freight, I don’t know.
As to Trump, he’s from Queens, NY from back in the day. I grew up there, and let me tell you, it was pretty egalitarian. I myself attended public school on the east side of Manhattan. I had schoolmates from the very tough Irish neighborhood to the west, as well as some extremely wealthy people. There really were not class issues in NYC at that time, it was a miraculous place, at least until about 1968. And believe me, you can see that in Trump’s style.
As to Tucker Carlson, I know nothing about his background. I’m sure if he needs to know about TJ Maxx v. Kohls he has many women he can consult.
But, again, Kohls v. train derailment, not really getting the relevance.
What Petey said;>> to be presenting themselves as if they genuinely care about the forgotten middle of the country <<
PB may be totally sincere but he did nothing. Trump may be totally insincere, but he did something.
Which man did more for the people of East Palestine?
