My wife has a cousin whose husband served in a similar capacity on the Saratoga in the early-mid 70s (been a loooong time since I heard him talk about it, which was rare, since we didn’t get together often).

You are most welcome. I recall we used to cross paths with the Saratoga, I believe she was one of those vessels we used to hook up with off of Rota, Spain, when we were going home and they were coming on station.

I don't know if that is her, but that darn well might have been me waving to go home!
