Rust is about a young man who accidently shoots someone. Alec co-wrote the script and personally picked out the gun he used to kill....accidently kill...that lovely young lady.
I think it was accidental in that he never intended to kill her. It was not accidental for the fact that he missed training sessions & should never have pointed & shot. He deserves whatever is coming his way.
