If you’re going to use the horse paste, put it on something that tastes good and chase it with juice. I’ve taken it straight off of a spoon and the apple flavor is weak to me. It doesn’t taste bad, it’s just kind of bland. I think our horses sense of taste is better than this puny human. I’ve taken it every time I’ve felt flu like symptoms and the D,C,Z, and Quercetin supplements. 71 years old and still kickin. I donated my vax doses to the blinded.
