I would buy the book if it were available as an Audible audiobook.
By the way (and as an aside), I listened to a podcast by Whitley Strieber yesterday and was surprised to learn that his new book about Jesus being only a man and not divine was based on what he had been told by the "alien" beings in his life.
It is interesting that these beings are interested in pushing that narrative and encouraging Strieber to write a book about it.
The “aliens” say all kinds of stuff—Vallee was on to them early and considered them tricksters, liars and con artists.
I am not one of those who considers them “demons”—but I do believe that they have their own agendas and have no intention of telling the truth as to what they are and what they want—even if we could understand it.
There is tons of evidence that they manipulate human emotions, beliefs and ultimately actions with their lies.
I don’t fault any contactee for sharing what they heard—they just need to be careful not to get invested in any “message”.
That clarifies their demonic origin. And it sounds like Whitley (IIRC he claims to be Catholic) is very receptive to that slant.
I think Whitley decides his narratives on his own :-)
Which demonstrates what a number of Christians have said about the whole UFO and “alien” phenomenon: these creatures are demons and they are out to steal, kill, and destroy.
