PS, the way to work all this out is known as the “jury system”.
You bring everyone involved into a courtroom and try to figure out who did what when and if anyone was guilty of a badbad.
You don’t have a secret “investigation and review” by an unaccountable board intent on laundering the event.
The problem is that there are not enough country folk in DC.
“This was outright murder.”
IMO, the cop was just following Pelosi’s orders, i.e., “Somebody has to die today.”
Yep, you got me. No way 5'6" woman could push a detonator soon as someone yells "Stop". How much C-4 fits in a daypak, anyway?
The Capitol Police should have permitted Byrd to be charged and tried for killing Ashli.
First they probably don't have X-ray vision.
Second they were probably on the antifag's side.
You could say that about the entire crowd.
That warrant machine gunning all of them?
It’s a phony argument. Byrd could see her hands.
That Swamp lover Trumps Man .
Another huge mistake Trump will ignore .
They have little knowledge of what the real world is like they live in the D.C. world where they can cram 3 days work into a 7 day week
They would do a better job if they lived in their state and only meet once a month to get bills passed and a hell of lot money would be saved.
D.C. is a 24/7 open whore house.
Did the entire crowd come thru a broken window into the secure space of the congressmen?
No.
It’s a phony argument. Byrd could see her hands.
Really? How do you know? You seem to know so much no one else does.
And even if he could see her hands, could he see in her pockets?
Now, all that said, I want to know why the admin has not been forthcoming about the whole thing. Bring him before congress and make him explain himself. There have to be taped interviews with him by officials. Show them. If he killed Ashli for a thrill then jail him for life or execute him. But let's use facts to do it, not hysterics.

OK, I didn't see this before I replied to your other post.
I totally agree with you here. In fact I said as much in my last post.
As a cop, you cannot shoot someone for having a backpack at a protest. Not even a violent protest which this wasn’t. It was just a bit rowdy.
That is well established US law and case law.
“No crime was happening worse than trespassing.”

Really? This is laughable.
What would you think of Antifa rioters were trying to break down the door to the Oval Office with the President behind his desk? Would you think they run the risk of being shot? I sure do. And it isn’t murder, not even close.
Nonsensical arguments on your part.
Bull. Everyone in the chamber weren’t there any longer. They went to their offices outside the Capitol. The exact moment the AZ electors were challenged the “insurrection “ began. Coincidence? No way.
They were rushing out well before anyone entered. All a set up.

“Did she break the glass or was she climbing through a previously broken window????”
Go back and watch the video for yourself. IIRC, she broke the window and started to climb through. Cop fired one shot, she fell backwards and nobody else tried to get through. There are other narratives now, and I cannot find the video I watched the day it happened.
Neither the Democrats nor the Republicans give a damn if you live or die they also consider federal law enforcement as their own pratorian guard & execution squad.
