The scale on D runs from 0 to 80, about 60 to 70 is optimal which is where I am. I have my D level checked regularly.

I had a terrible bug in November. I tested negative for COVID and flu. I did a COVID test at the doctor and several at home tests afterward.
There are other nasty bugs going around besides COVID and flu.

My husband had it in October. He took Flonase, some cough syrup, and Zyrtec. He was prescribed Prednisone, but didn’t take it.
