If she could take down that officer by grabbing his neck, that guy needs a desk job.
Yeah, maybe.
But cops today cannot defend themselves against crazy drunk idiots. If he took her down and she broke a hip or hurt herself in any way, he’d be fired and possibly charged with assault.
And grandma would collect a big windfall lawsuit.
