Classified documents seem to be everywhere. It’s a big deal, but why is the praetorian guard leftist media treating Trump different than everyone else? Obama said he didn’t take any documents with him. But Mark wants everyone to know that Biden’s documents are Obama’s documents. A huge piece of crime tape should be wrapped around D.C.

Some of these ex-Presidents and Vice Presidents...Let me show you how pathetic the media are. So I am reading here in the Daily Mail and there are others, 4 former Presidents have no classified documents. Really? And how do we know that? “Because statements were put out.” And in the case of Obama, he says, look even The Archives said when I left I secured my documents. Hey Barack, you claim to be a very smart man. You know those documents Biden has when he was Vice President, they're your documents. It was the Obama administration. So obviously The Archives don't have all of your classified documents ‘cause Biden took some. And so we don't have confidence in that.
George Bush says out there that, you know, when he left they took all of his documents. And the same with his dad. And of course VP Gore, Cheney, Quayle say the same thing. Here's the question that should be asked. Remember Joe Biden said in September he didn't take classified documents and he dumps on Trump? Remember Pence who is a very honorable man, says in November I didn't take classified documents? But they had classified documents. So these ex-Presidents and Vice Presidents have done and said the same thing. "Oh, we didn't take documents."
When is the last time you looked for documents in your many homes and in your businesses and your offices and your Presidential libraries? Mike Pence went back, he didn't think he took documents. They looked and they found some.
When is the last time, when is the FIRST time, even your private lawyers and staff presumably with clearances, looked through these facilities to see if in fact Cheney and Gore and the others have (classified) private documents? They haven't. So this story means NOTHING.
And the bottom line is if Joe Biden can walk out of the SCIF in the Senate with purloined documents, how do we know other Senators haven't done this as well?
Now I have been made, misinterpreted as saying this is no big deal, everybody does it. Quite the contrary. It is a big deal. But what bothers me is Donald Trump is treated one way and EVERY one of the others is treated another.
And so USA Today puts out this ridiculous story and the Vice President "can" declassify documents. So after everybody is saying Trump can't because there is no evidence that he did they say Vice President can. NO, HE CAN'T. "Well, we have a 2009 Obama executive order where he said people could declassify." No, it's called the constitution. The reason a President can classify and declassify AT WILL, is because he is the head of the Executive branch. That's the reason. The Vice President is NOT. He's no different than the Secretary of State for these purposes or the Attorney General. So the VP cannot declassify information at will. People who classify information, Obama said, can declassify. Fine. (But this is not what we’re talking about here.) They have rules they have to follow. The President, Trump, does not. And people say, "What's the evidence that he declassified?" I'll tell you the evidence. The boxes were taken when he ws President and moved to Mar-a-Lago. Gee, that means they are declassified. "No they are classified." You mean Donald Trump intentionally violated the law? It's ridiculous.
The whole case against Trump is ridiculous. And the more of this we see, the more preposterous it is. So I have a suggestion, Sean, just get the longest piece of crime tape you can and wrap it around Washington DC. Because most of these guys have done exactly this.

Here’s an idea — raid Adam Schiff. I bet he has classified documents.
It’s not by any means certain that private attorneys had clearances. I represent a number of clients for whom I provide those services and I had to get my TS/SCI clearance reinstated - be “cleared counsel” - to be read into those programs.

Perhaps, Harrison Ruffin Tyler cleaned out President Tyler’s basement and found a box or two of documents that were classified in 1842.
Don’t overthink it. Just put bleach on it like Hillary did and move on.
There would be zero reason for any of their private counsel to have a TSSCI clearance. And even less than a zero chance for them to have a TS w/ Special Access.
Ergo, once again democrats violate the law and throw it in our faces.

I had the feeling that Cheney would have classified WALLPAPER.
And they call out to his lawyer to investigate? I’m pretty sure Cheney had sent a clear message to his legal team.
Maybe they look instead for copies of the constitution at these peoples houses.

Not necessarily.
Depends on whether they are:
1. Genuinely classified for bonafide national security reasons
2. Classified to cover up bad or incompetent acts by feds
3. Classified out of bureaucratic laziness.
If you did three piles, I suspect the piles of 2 and 3 are each much, much higher than the pile of 1.
Presidents and VP’s and the security state know that much classification is bullshit and treat it that way.
The only thing that makes this a big deal now is that the security state decided to use an issue everyone winked at until now to attack DJT. And because Biden says he’s going to run in 2024 and this is so very convenient for the folks who don’t want him as the candidate. So it’s a big deal.
If this weren’t all just politics, the Biden story would never have broken or it would be long gone old news by now.
The big deal is they are only targeting Trump
