What about parents who don't want their kids exposed to the queer stuff, or worse, indoctrinated into it (like has been in the news lately about teachers secretly doing so).

It’s a no-win situation.
“Don’t say gay” stigmatizes gays (so they say). The reverse stigmatizes the rest of us.
