Congress is such a joke. We are nearing $32,000,000,000,000 in debt; have thousands of people dying of fentanyl; millions of illegals storming out borders; and a war going on in Ukraine. So what do a bunch of US Senators do? Have a heaering on the Taylor Swift ticketing debacles so they can coyly use lyrics from her songs to explain their points of view.

They should all be fired and be replaced by rational, normal people. No wonder we are in such trouble.

Glad they found something important to investigate.

Yep...just your typical dog-and-pony show in Congress. Disgusting.

They like to major in the minors. As a group, Congress has to be the most-inept, -gutless group in history.

After a nuke, we can just powerwash off the marble monuments and plant some new cherry trees and start over without the DC pond scum leaders.

It could work.

If TicketMaster had enough servers and bandwidth to make everyone happy then Taylor Swift's tour would have sold out in 3.2 seconds. Wouldn't that be better?

Maybe Congress can interrogate Swift and insist that she have three shows per day for the next two years to keep up with demand.

Rats and cockroaches would be the only survivors, so the Democrats will do just fine.

This collection of 100 morons far exceeds the depths of stupidy reached by any U.S. Senate of the past 80 years...

Clearly, our best hope is for Apophis to schedule a permanent visit in 2029...

Thought the story was forgotten by the media but I guess it has legs.

RE: survival....
Stumbled onto this creature called the tardigrade. One place said they could survive nuclear war and just about every end of human race scenario. Vacuum, freezing, years without water.

I wish Congress would concentrate on more important things, like why my cable provider took off ‘Have Gun, Will Travel’ on Saturday mornings,

Saturdays are no longer the same.

RE: You forgot Keith Richards.

I wonder if part of his survival is the blessing of being an innocent little boy in the church choir in thre 1950s:

“...as a child, Keith Richards was an angelic choir boy who performed for the Queen. The Rolling Stones guitarist has recalled his days singing in a trio of boy sopranos, which included a performance for the monarch at Westminster Abbey.”

RE: Have Gun, Will Travel.

As a suspicious Luddite I bought many dvds including the classic Paladin series, in the belief that Nick at Nite and others plus cable services would drift away from ones I like and put on somebody else’s favorites. Like ION and ION Mystery for my Criminal Minds, Leverage and Chicago PD. Here today gone tomorrow when someone else owns a person’s TV, movies and music.

As to streaming music, someday a mega owner will sell to another mega owner and the new Arab headquarters will say “we will no longer promulgate music by women singers who do not dress modestly.” Like the various SONY licensing court battles.

People say that Caligula was crazy.
I think his biggest mistake was not replacing all senators with horses.
