Yep, I recognize it. Last time I played it my group was Seth Adams, Charlie Wooster, Bill Hawks, and Flint.

I think the commodore64 could display 16 colors.so I would doubt it.

Yes, it’s a meme made from a screenshot of that game. And it was available on most of the common PCs of the era.

“You have died of dysentery” was a common “you lose” game ending (you didn’t complete the OT). Modified for the vax side effect ending.
