Well come on... who DIDN’T have a fit 35 year old school teacher have a heart attack in class in middle school? /sAll my teachers were older than that yet none of them and no kids I went to school with had a heart attack or cardiac issues.

At my high school back in 1976 or 77 our PE coach had a heart attack. He was 26 and survived.
