Meaning after over a decade of constitutional violations by promoting implicitly atheism - by forbidding official expression of dependence upon any deity or gratitude to the same - and coercing subject into participating in religious denial exercises by effectively teaching and that an exceedingly vast, systematically ordered universe, exquisitely finely tuned for life with intricate astounding complexity all be a result of purely natural processes. Which requires much faith, more so than that the universe logically testifies to design, requiring a First Cause, (at the least) that of a powerful being of supreme intelligence being behind the existence of energy and organization of matter.
