It's The Most Wonderful Time of the Year!

Things I know about cheese:

1. When I was a kid, we were very poor, but as it usually goes, we kids didn't actually 'know' it. While my parents worked, my Grandma took care of me. She made the BEST baked Mac-N-Cheese from the monthly block of Free Government Cheese you can ever imagine! Yes, 'Free Government Cheese' USED to actually BE cheese - not a cellphone or living free rent in a hotel.

2. Always buy the freshest Cheese Curds you can find. If they don't 'squeak' against your teeth, send them back. If you're in a quality Cheese Shop, they will let you sample the wares before you buy. ;)

3. And, if you're NOT a Cheesehead...how can you even?
