I read some of his comments on things over the years which made me categorize him that way. Glad to hear he’s not a complete left wing nut.
Bob Dylan sold his master recordings to Sony. Amount was not disclosed.
His publishing rights were sold to Universal Music for over $300 milllion.
(All songs have two copyrights. Recorded rights pertain to a specific recording, including the master tracks, while publishing rights comprise the song’s composition such as music and lyrics. Recorded rights are tied more directly to streaming and sales royalties while publishing rights pertain more to performances and use in film and television.)

Probably more. :-)
He has said some lefty crap over the years, but he is an artist...
Saw him in concert with ZZ Top a few years back. Great show and a lot of military in attendance that he invited. Man can he and Billy Gibbons play.
Finally, justice.
“I found out not long ago that Fogerty was from California.”
Berkeley.
Yeah, he can play a guitar.
Good songwriter too.
I thought they played together at least one of their weddings.
What I'd love to see (but know it will never happen) is next time on tour at the biggest venue, Fogerty wait until his last song and say that he wants a couple of old friends to help him. Then introduce Stu Cook and Doug Clifford. I bet the house would go absolutely nuts.
Oh, good. Now I can still not listen to that crap. Thirteen minutes of Susie Q and I was done with them a long time ago.
Has Fogerty apologized for cultural appropriation and assigned his publishing rights to the California Reparations for Slavery Fund?
They got cheated big time.
First World problems.
I had heard that to please their mom, John and Tom were civil with each other in social events but never really completely reconciled before Tom's death.
Some of my first vinyl records. I swiped all my older brothers CCR.
Yes but probably as badly as Badfinger or Tommy James and the Shondells.
Now he take his winnings, buy a Corvette, and crash it Up Around the Bend next week.
Sony Music acquired the rights to Bob Dylan’s master recordings in a deal estimated to be worth $200 or more.

$200 or more.
I think a little more.
Blue Fantasy label. I can see it now. Willie and the Poor Boys was a very good. Down home swamp rock from the bayous of San Francisco Bay.
