You are right. The Russians will never surrender. Even if they lose all the able-bodied military men, they still have the middle-aged men and the elderly men and the kids 5-18 and the women of all ages. Surrender is not in the Russian vocabulary.

But, if they were any kind of smart, they would pull back (notice it's not the same as surrender) and stop their aggression against it's neighbor. BTW, that neighbor also doesn't understand the word 'surrender'.
