I have not seen anyone suggest that in Maricopa County the votes be re-tabulated with properly working machines and determine if the results equal the total number of votes caste. If there were enough (17,000) Ben 3 votes (not counted) that were co-mingled with the tabulated votes (machine counted) these votes should show up in the recount. This could produce enough votes for Lake to win.

You may be talking about mail-in or drop box ballots. If so, to the extent the ballots cannot be accurately segregated for registered voter confirmation and recount purposes, the practice ought to be viewed as destroying evidence.

Lake is not just taking on the Democrats in this fight. She is also taking on the Republicans. All one has to do is look at the makeup of the Maricopa County Supervisors. Then look at all the non help from the Republicans in her fight.
You cannot beat a stacked system. Both the Democrats & the Republicans have stacked the deck so deep, it is impossible to pull an honest card.
What is missed here is that a majority of the public is corrupted else they wuld take up arms as in the Bolsonaro case and remove the desecrators who are proven to be manipulating the elective process.
