I agree with everything except brandishing. It’s hard to make absolute statements, there are exceptions, but “brandishing” is usually a crime in and of itself, if nothing else happens, that you can be charged for.
The car is the best weapon, until it is physically blocked in and prevented from moving (and not by just people standing in front).
But if I’m blocked in and a window is broken and firearms are waved around, all bets are off.
meh. The Fredericksburg Va refused to help when blm was “protesting” and tried to hurt people just trying to leave the protest area.

I recently put a brush guard on my Sequoia, something I plan to reinforce a bit past 'factory specs' as it were. This area I'm in is very good as far as the authorities, including the local Sheriff, who don't put up with these lawless mobs for a second. I also got a spool of barbed wire (just $40 at Tractor Supply) that this assembly can be wrapped in just in case things get really bad. After that, it's just a matter having the will and skill to do what is necessary. That's not a problem for me. God help me. God help them -- they are going to need it a lot more.

If one has reason to brandish, in most places, one has reason to shoot. if one has reason to shoot, one has reason to shoot to stop illegal act. Brandishing or firing a “warning shot”, or shooting someone in the arm or leg will get one a 10 to 20 year residence as a guest of the State. All expenses paid. Those who do not know this will learn it the hard way.

Several Eastern Oregon’s counties voted to secede from Oregon and merge with Idaho. I’m not sure how the advisory vote will have any effect, but it’s a very interesting proposal. If it is found to be constitutional, we will see radical changes to state borders, both left & right.

It’s pretty freaking sad that we are even having to think about going all Mad Max just to protect ourselves and loved ones in America. But that is the reality of the nation we are living in today with the extremely violent and perpetually outraged liberal societies we find ourselves in.
Seems the Mad Max movies were prophetic. Its almost like the govenr,ent is encouraging people to do what another movie advocated for, The Purge. The left controlled government has essentially tially given the domestic terrorists blm and antifa the go ahead to engage in purging our nation of conservatives. Blm and a Tifa actively e gaged in Hunting down Trump supporters and murdering them, and the msm promptly ignored it when they did.
The real eye opener was when blm was burning looting and murdering and destroying people’s lives and businesses, and comandeering city blocks and brandishing weapons to keep white people out, and a governor called it a “mostly peaceful protest”, and refused to do anything to stop it.

I also remember when a man was surrounded by feral Animals, got out of his truck, tridd to comfront the animals, saw that it wasnt working, and so armed himself because the crowd was getting Increasingly violent, smashing his truck to pieces, and he was immediately arrested for “brandishing a weapon”
In a sane society, she would have every right to defend herself agaisnt such an obvious physical threat to her and her kids, but just like,the French pr3sident said, our ,iberal govenrment and press declare that “innocent people have no,right to use deadly force to protect themselves” (yes the French president actually said that he is opposed to self def3nce)
