It’s utter BS. The ride is great and the movie is not racist.
The problem is that it shows black people in post civil war era times AS THEY WERE - not as the narrative wants and, like Clarence Thomas and other conservative blacks this must be buried.
Never mind the fact that the ride has NO black people on it and only constitutes the animal characters who are not stereotypical black caricatures as commonly used then.
No different than the Taliban tearing down historic statues and monuments.
If I recall correctly, Uncle Remus was a positive character, who told stories to the children, and the children loved his stories. Uncle Remus was not any sort of stereotypical negative character. But in the politically correct world we live in, the powers that be simply ban a fine old movie.
Iger is the A-Hole who ushered in the woke BS and the grooming so of course after D loses millions because of it they brought him back.
I am sure it will be replaced with a new ride “Little Boys are Toys”.
Just rename it “Split Tail Lick” and all would be well. Disney has become insane.
