A couple of weeks ago I thought he was dying from pancreatic cancer, today I read it might be Parkinson’s Disease he’s suffering from.

They post a headline about abnormal foot movements, then cover up his feet nearly the entire clip with captions.

That didn’t look like spasms to me. It looked like he was stretching his ankle a little.

This does not appear to be Parkinson’s. Parkinson’s affects only one side of the body in the early and middle stages. If Putin had Parkinson’s, he would have a noticeable shaking tremor in both his leg and arm on one side. Some Parkinson’s patients have no tremor but over 80% do. Medication can help to alleviate the tremor but not eliminate it completely. The tremor will intensify under any type of stress (emotional, physical, or mental). As often as Putin is filmed in public, his tremor would be more noticeable at times.

Oh for crying out loud! The guy was tapping and flexing his foot. I do that when I sit, lots of people do.
