This says he was a VA State Police trooper =>

He was hired by the Virginia State Police and entered the police academy on July 6, 2021 and graduated as a trooper on January 21, 2022.”
Apparently nobody wants to be a cop anymore and they are getting really bad recruits. He don't look right.
